Jasmine Baskerville- Excess and defects of thinking

There is beauty in the virtuous action of under thinking. It’s blissful ignorance and sometimes. Thinking in excess causes too much doubt and can slow down our thinking process and overload it with irrelevant concerns. With excessive thinking, you are thinking about several possibly closely related topics. Overthinking causes more ideas to form. Pretty soon it spreads like an infection. Overthinking wastes time. In addition, the concept needs to be balanced between its excess and defects. For example, in school when one is learning it is best to choose the first answer because the second answer was most likely chosen by doubt. You over thought the problem and doubted the first answer. The phrase “gut feeling” or instincts comes from a healthy balance of excess and defects between thinking.  Works Mentioned
